That’s why they offer 18 health center locations and mobile service providers throughout Nevada. Everyone is welcome at our health facilities and they offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients based on family income.

Social Security Administration Offices Nevada

The United States Social Security Administration is an independent agency of the United States federal government that administers Social Security, a social insurance program consisting of retirement, disability, and survivors’ benefits.

The Social Security Administration is where all disability claims start, they collect and begin the review process for each disability application. Along with the assistance from a disability Las Vegas advocate, you have a greater chance of being approved for disability benefits either SSI Las Vegas Supplemental Security Income and SSDI Social Security Disability Insurance.

Nevada Office of Disability Adjudication and Review

The office of Disability Adjudication and Review or ODAR office for short handle the scheduling for all of the disability Las Vegas hearings with administrative law judges. The ODAR office will also be the location that the scheduled hearing will be conducted and houses the current panel of disability judges for the county. Once the hearing has concluded  the ODAR office is responsible for releasing the final decision to the Social Security Administration office where the original disability claim began.

The office of Disability Determination Services reviews medical records and other forms of medical evidence to assist the Social Security Administration office with making prompt decisions regarding disability claims that have been submitted. The office of Disability Determination Services can assist with both SSI and SSDI claims and can request more information if they feel they do not have enough to make an accurate decision.
