Nevada Office of Disability Adjudication and Review

The office of Disability Adjudication and Review or ODAR office for short handle the scheduling for all of the disability Las Vegas hearings with administrative law judges. The ODAR office will also be the location that the scheduled hearing will be conducted and houses the current panel of disability judges for the county. Once the hearing has concluded  the ODAR office is responsible for releasing the final decision to the Social Security Administration office where the original disability claim began.
